Jawa 350 UŘ typ 633/02 Bizon (1970/1971) Tento motocykl obohatil hradní expozici v roce 2021. Motocykl díky výraznému vzhledu masky pøedního svìtlometu a vysoké nádri získal pøezdívku Bizon. Autorem neobvyklého designu byl Ing. arch. Jan Tatouek, který pøepracoval pùvodní stroj unifikované øady do této podoby. Poprvé bylo ve vìtí míøe vyuito plastu, ze kterého je pøední maska svìtlometu a podsedlový prostor. Øídítka jsou uchycena za svislé nosníky, co umoòuje jejich výkové nastavení. Hlavním konstrukèním rysem je kolébkový rám, ve kterém je zavìen motor. Motocykl byl vyrábìn ve dvou barevných provedeních - vínovì èervené barvì a dubové luti. Tohoto modelu bylo celkem vyrobeno 2175 kusù. Raritou je, e zde prezentovaný motocykl je sestaven z originálních dobových nepouitých továrních dílù.
