★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very good experience. My entire family stayed here for 4 nights and very cosy atmosphere. Staff is very friendly except the receptionist on the first day of the check in. You have to be equally rude to her then she calms down. In Prague don't get caught to money changing rackets. Don't give your euros unless they tell you in writing how much you are getting in CZK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Nice place. I love our room! So cozy, has micro, one "stove-thing" for frying pan or cooking. Apartment but feels just as nice as a hotel. Only bad thing is our bed for 2, is 2 beds pushed together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The studio I reserved was perfect for one person. It was a nice apartment with single bed and equipped kitchenette, small bathroom with large shower. It was clean and I had bath towels changed every day. The position is great, right in the city center!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily a great place to stay in Prague. Check in staff was super friendly and very detailed in the property explanation. Room 303 has an excellent view and is above my expectations for the price paid per night. Kitchenette, full bath, cozy bed and we'll kept furniture. I recommend this property for location, staff, accommodations, and ease of booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received excellent customer service from the moment I booked, with personalised emails coming in from the receptionist. I took advantage of an early check in to drop my bag off before going sightseeing. I was very impressed. The apartments are in a great location, just steps to the Old Town Square. It meant I could get up early and take a look at hightlight without the crowds that form in the afternoons. I had the single room, and, like another reviewer, found the bed quite hard - personal preference I guess, but that's why I dropped one star. The space was most adequate for one, and, while I didn't use it, the kitchenette looked functional.
The menu in the cafe looks great and the prices are good for breakfast, lunch and tea. I only ate breakfast here. The space is lovely with a funky, relaxed atmosphere. The food was tasty and came out pretty quickly. Staying on a Saturday night, I found there was a lot of noise all night. People's voices floated up, echoing along the narrow street until the early hours of the morning. I guess this is to be expected in such a busy area and is not anything the staff can change!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location, just a few seconds of walk to Old Square. Renovated rooms. Very clean. Employees very friendly. Good drinks. Good basic food. Don't forget to tip waiters and cleaning crew. Just the bed can be a bit softer. Don't forget, it is located in Old Town so the rooms are smaller.
