★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veliká nespokojenost, neustále výpadky i přes kontaktování "NON-STOP SLUŽBY" ( která očividně odpoví jen když se náhodou nenachází na cig. pauze) žádná odezva, technik který měl údajně dorazit už před 3 dny stále nikde k nalezení

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Není gigabit jako gigabit, na jednom vlákně je to dost slabota. V reálu to využití toho nabízeného gigabitu dost limituje. Bohužel to se zákazník nikde nedozví.
It's not gigabit like gigabit, it's quite a weakness on one thread. In reality, the use of the offered gigabit is quite limited. Unfortunately, the customer will not find out anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garance připojení do tří dnů nelze očekávat, po čtyřdenním čekání na technika na vyměření síly signálu technik řekl, že je vše v pořádku a nebude problém. Po dalších třech dnech přijel pán, který to všechno začal instalovat a sdělil nám, že není možné internet připojit. CC internet nedoporučuji.
A three-day connection guarantee cannot be expected, after a four-day wait for the technician to measure the signal strength, the technician said that everything is fine and will not be a problem. After another three days, the gentleman arrived and started installing it all and told us that it was not possible to connect to the Internet. I do not recommend CC internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neustálé výpadky, čekaní na odeslání zprávy i několik desítek vteřin, i přes opakované oznámení a pár pokusech "technika" o nápravu, stále nebyla situace vyřešena k mé spokojenosti.
Constant outages, waiting for a message to be sent for several tens of seconds, despite repeated notifications and a few attempts by the "technician" to rectify, the situation has still not been resolved to my satisfaction.

The staff are great, the connection works and they try to solve some of the problem as quickly as possible, so satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdykoliv mám nějaký problém je to vždy na celý den, všechno trvá a přepojují si vás na zákaznické lince jen tak, aby vám tak vše fungovalo musíte čekat na telefonát několik hodin i když vám řeknou že za minutku zavolají :))
Whenever I have a problem, it's always for the whole day, everything lasts and they connect you on the customer line just so that everything works for you, you have to wait for a phone call for a few hours, even if they tell you that they will call in a minute :))
