Zatím se vším ochotně poradili i vše nastavili. Na mé doporučení přešlo i několik známých a nemohou si poskytovatele vynachválit. B	BrusherCraft CZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poskytují slušnou rychlost internetu, a relativně stabilní televizní vysílání, ovšem pristup personálu je temer lhostejný, za 3 roky odběru sluzby sem z nich nebyl schooen dostat jedinou fakturu mailem. U platebního systému vse nechavaji automatizovanému systému jenž nejsou samy schopni jakkoli ovlivnit. Otevírá doba je krátká s dlouhou prestavkou na obed. Vstřícnost k řešení problémů je minimální, infolinka také téměř k ničemu. Za optické připojení k netu davam hvezdu navic, zbytek katastrofa, kdyby u nas slo zapojit UPC, uz sem u nich. They provide a decent speed of the Internet, and relatively stable television broadcasting, but the approach of the staff is almost indifferent, for 3 years of subscription to the service, it was not possible to receive a single invoice by e-mail. With a payment system, they leave everything to an automated system that they are not able to influence in any way. Opening hours are short with a long break for lunch. Helpfulness to solving problems is minimal, the infoline is also almost useless. I pay an extra star for the optical connection to the net, the rest of the disaster, if UPC could connect to us, I am already here with them.
I	Igor Koníček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ před lety Grape byl cool, v dnešní době nic moc, časté výpadky internetu, wifi skoro nefunguje, mám zaplaceno 1 Gb ale mám 89 Mb. years ago Grape was cool, nowadays nothing much, frequent internet outages, wifi almost doesn't work, I paid 1 Gb but I have 89 Mb.

Při nedávné výměně za lepšího poskytovatele jsme se nestačili divit...na střeše technik objevil kabely co ani nejsou na venkovní použití a nejsou vůbec chráněné proti povětrnostním vlivům (do půlky byly plné vody a hrozilo, že se voda dostane až k technologii vevnitř). Při výpovědi smlouvy se nás ani nikdo nezeptal proč odcházíme a ani se nesnažili tomu zabránit...asi sami ví, že jejich služby nestojí za nic:) Po dlouhé době je příjemná změna mít internet z 21. Století u jiného poskytovatele. Crazy instability and speed like 15 years ago. During the recent exchange for a better provider, we were not surprised ... he discovered cables on the roof of the technicians that are not even for outdoor use and are not protected at all from the weather (they were half full of water and there was a risk that water would reach the technology inside). When terminating the contract, no one even asked us why we were leaving, nor did they try to prevent it ... they probably know that their services are not worth anything :) After a long time, it is a nice change to have the Internet from the 21st Century with another provider.
M	Michal “KopecBorec” Kopecký on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi před rokem jsem byl zvyklý na náhodné vypadávání internetu, ale nebylo to nic extra hrozného. Posledních pár týdnu je to ale fakt hrozné, časté výpadky a když internet běží, tak je rychlost fakt hrozná. Normálně mám přes Wi-Fi 100-150 Mbps, ale poslední dobou to padá klidně i po 1 Mbps. Zavolání na zákaznickou podporu nikdy nic nevyřeší, vždy dostanu odpověď "víme o problémech a pracujeme na tom". Nikdy se ale nic nevyřeší. Nejspíš přejdu ke konkurenci. About a year ago, I was used to accidental Internet crashes, but it was nothing extra terrible. But for the last few weeks it's been really terrible, frequent outages, and when the internet is running, the speed is really terrible. Normally I have 100-150 Mbps over Wi-Fi, but lately it's been falling even after 1 Mbps. Calling customer support will never solve anything, I will always get the answer "we know about the problems and we are working on it". But nothing will ever be solved. I'll probably go to the competition.
