To jsem ,ale neudělala protože bota byla stále rozlepená. Znovu jsem tedy boty reklamovala s tím že mi bylo přislíbeno, že už to nebude trvat dalších 30dní. Po 25 dnech mi přišla SMS že je reklamace vyřízena. Při předání obuvi jsem myslela ,že je to skrytá kamera a že si že mě dělají srandu. Bota nebyla stále zalepená tak jsem si nechala zavolat paní vedoucí. Ta mě vyrazila dech když mi zdědila,že reklamace nebyla uznána že boty jsou v naprostém pořádku. Až když jsem se obrnila občanským zákoníkem číslo 634/1992sb.o ochraně spotřebitele tak mi byly vráceny peníze. Takže za mě už nikdy více ? I never want to do anything with this store again. It took my breath away when she inherited that the complaint had not been acknowledged and that the shoes were in perfect condition. It wasn't until I was armored by the Civil Code No. 634/1992. Consumer Protection that my money was returned. So never for me again ?
