Arrogant babe yelling at people who came to pick up tickets "number, number" even when they speak English. I recommend replacing employees with those who have at least a bit of art

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za něco jsme si zaplatili extra, nedostali to a Čedok nám nejenom nevrátil peníze, ještě předal celou záležitost advokátní kanceláři, aby nám poslala zastrašující dopis, který nás měl vyděsit a jasně říct, že "na nic nemám právo".
Jak jinak - když jsme jim poslali předžalobní výzvu a bylo jasné, že to myslíme vážně, tak "danou kauzu přehodnotili". Většina lidí si ale nemůže (a nechce) platit advokáta a riskovat nejistý výsledek.
O ty dva tisíce nám nešlo, ale o princip ano. A byl bych rád, kdyby se k tomu takto stavěli i ostatní - pak by si podobné firmy nedovolily zdaleka tolik.
We paid extra for something, they didn't get it and Čedok not only didn't return the money to us, he also handed over the whole matter to the law firm to send us an intimidating letter to scare us and say clearly that "I have no right to anything".
How else - when we sent them a pre-litigation call and it was clear that we meant it, they "reconsidered the case". But most people cannot (and do not want to) pay for a lawyer and risk an uncertain outcome.
We didn't care about the two thousand, but the principle did. And I would like others to approach this way - then similar companies would not afford that much.

Pět dní před odletem bych čekala aspoň tuto základní informaci...
Do they really not know if there is a trip that we bought through Invia, but is organized by Čedok?
Five days before departure, I would expect at least this basic information ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozný hotel v rezortu Side ( Palm Beach) hotel měl 5 hvězdiček a pokoje byli strašné na stránkách vůbec nesouhlasí Viz fotky. Místní průvodkyně nebyla sdílnà a nedala mi ani reklamační protokol a navíc jsme si museli doplatit větší pokoj za 150 euro, celá dovolená stala pro tři lidi 50 000 Kč . Ledová káva nebyla v all exclusive, pouze káva z automatu. Pokud můžete vyberte si v Alanii a okolo úplně něco jiného.
Terrible hotel in Side (Palm Beach) resort had 5 stars and the rooms were terrible on the site at all disagree See photos. The local guide was not shared and did not give me a complaint protocol, and in addition we had to pay for a larger room for 150 euros, the whole holiday cost 50,000 CZK for three people. Iced coffee was not in all exclusive, only coffee from the vending machine. If you can choose something different in Alanya and around.
