Obchod má stanoveny pravidla:
zakoupené zboží můžete vyměnit na store card ve stejně hodnotě a využit jen v obchodě Celine v Praze. Vracení peněz není možné. Dozvěděla jsem o tom až po zaplacení, bylo to napsané na učtence. Komunikace s obchodem ohledně toho byla velmi nepříjemná.
Víc se vyplatí objednat zboží přes internet obchod Celine, v tom to případě mate nárok na vraceni peněz.
Doufám, že tyto informace budou pro někoho přínosné, protože já jsem o tom bohužel nevěděla. V tomto obchodě už nikdy nic nekoupím.
 Unpleasant shopping experience.
The store has established rules:
You can exchange the purchased goods on a store card of the same value and use them only in the Celine store in Prague. Refunds are not possible. I found out about it only after payment, it was written on the scholar. Communication with the store about this was very unpleasant.
It pays more to order goods via the Celine online store, in which case you are entitled to a refund.
I hope this information will be useful for someone, because unfortunately I did not know about it. I will never buy anything in this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this store during my vacation in Prague. The store is beautiful and staffs are friendly and helpful. They are fluent in English. There were some confusion on currency of payment and we realized that paying in local curency were a better deal. However, the store manager Roman took care of the issue for us. He went above and beyond his duty. Celine stands behind its product and customer service. I’m a happy customer. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent friendly and professional service. Unfortunately no men’s collection available in the boutique. The SAs do offer the possibility to order anything upon request, but it is slightly cumbersome to order each individual item separately, even if it’s just to try it on.
Please bring Celine Homme to Prague!
