★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy named Tomaš in the men’s department is the rudest person I’ve seen in my life...He had the guts to scream at me when I was trying to learn their policy on changing the shoes I bought...and also when I called later to talk to his manager, the men’s department manager Mr. Jakub said he will deal with the problem and let me know. I waited more than 3 months but he didn’t have the courtesy to call me back... The worst service ever...They have no idea how to treat Prada customers...I don’t remember that I got screamed at in another store in my life except this one!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service in store is terrible. They are not educated on how to treat customers. For instance, today in store a tall man with dark hair complained on me taking pictures in store. The tone was very rude, no explanation was given. Was about to purchase the bag, they lost a customer. I would never visit the store again. I told everyone I know about the situation- they all are shocked and in support will not purchase anything from your store either. Not mentioning that it is empty and it is rare they have actually new items in stock. Do not recommend.
