A very arrogant young lady doesn't know the difference between selling clothes for 5 Euros in HaM and clothes for 2000 Euros in Moncler. We were very disappointed with the service, despite the fact that we are otherwise satisfied with the brand and quality.

Special thanks to her for finding my mom the perfect winter coat/souvenir. She had so much patience with me, showing me style after style and never tend to give up. Great customer service ??????????

She told me it was no longer available for in store purchase but found a similar coat for sizing. She knew the exact differences between the one I tried on so the sizing ended up perfect. She helped me order it online and gave me her number to make sure it came before I left. The online distributor was overwhelmed with orders and it was still processing after two days. I contracted Eli and she made sure it got shipped right away. I received in the next day and she checked in to make sure everything worked out.

They exceed my expectations every time with their willingness to help me shop, from offering beverages to finding and procuring any products that aren't stocked or limited in pieces. What's also really cool is that their service is not limited to in-store service, I have exchanged phone numbers with them to receive updates on any new products which I'm specifically looking for and they also encourage me to contact them ahead of time to set up a personalized viewing session or to order any products you're interested in ahead of time. I can't help but stop by the shop every time I walk by. Even though it is a luxury boutique shop, the staff are not pretentious and treat you and everyone else equally with a warm welcome and respect.
