★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refused to do refund for me in Prague airport. They told me the form was from Poland you can do refund there.!! When I described that it is EU, the employee said the form was not like our forms and did not talk about EU any more. I replied this form was from your company (Global Blue) with the ID consisted of 20 digits as yours, they said no no ..!! Employee was not polite and was really very bad. In future I will not use Prague airport for leaving Europe.
