★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel se musím přidat k negativním recenzím. I když mám věci od Salvatore Ferragamo ráda, do tohoto butiku se už nevrátím. Prodavačky jsou otrávené, drzé a neochotné. Servis je opravdu příšerný, v H&M jsou na zákazníky milejší než tady.
Unfortunately, I have to add negative reviews. Although I like things from Salvatore Ferragamo, I will not return to this boutique. The saleswomen are annoyed, rude and reluctant. The service is really terrible, at H&M they are nicer to customers than here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do teto prodejny uz nevkrocim. Hrozny servis. Slecny pri vstupu zhodnoti, jestli vubec stoji za to Vas pozdravit ci obslouzit. Prisla jsem v teniskach koupit lodicky, ktere jsem si tam par dni driv vybrala, ale nechtela jsem je tahat na schuzku. Ze 4 pritomnych slecen ani jedna nepozdravila a ani neodzdravila. Behem cekani na obsluhu jsem si dovolila prohlednout vystavenou kabelku, na coz se mi dostalo podrazdeneho a velmi hlasiteho okriknuti, abych se niceho nechytala!! pak slecna otocena jiz k zakaznici pokracovala nejakym hloupym komentarem..
I will not enter this store again. Grapes service. At the entrance, the ladies will assess whether it is at all worth greeting or serving you. I came to buy boats in sneakers, which I chose there a few days earlier, but I didn't want to drag them to a meeting. Of the 4 ladies present, none greeted or healed. While waiting for the staff, I allowed myself to inspect the exhibited handbag, which gave me an irritated and very loud shout, so as not to catch anything !! then the young lady, already turned to the customer, continued with some silly comment ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. There is no one at the front of the store to welcome you, and when you do find a person they make you feel unwelcome. It is also hard to communicate in English which is unfortunate as this is Salvatore Ferragamo in a very touristy area of Prague. When you ask about price or tax refund or anything they make it seem like you’re bothering them by asking questions and they go back to whatever they are doing (organizing shoes, cleaning bags, etc). Will never come back here
