Very polite personal and good choice between diffrent brands but of the most sizes of the pieces were out of stock.

Went to Shop. Very nice. Svetlana took good care of me. Very pretty lady ?.

I bought it here many times, the store is very good, but the female staff seems to be welcoming if I wear designer clothes, I go into the store with normal clothes that probably won't be welcome for Very, hope you will change the look of customers!

While the clothes are nice... the staff is rude, the shop itself is shabby at best. For the amount of money you could spend there the service is abysmal. I felt uncomfortable the entire time.

I have once purchased a pair of Balenciaga track sandals in black at 50% of the retail price - good deal. The service was so-so but hey, classic sandals in black color rarely go on sale anywhere else so why not? Went again recently to purchase a Balenciaga cap that is not on discount anywhere else. The cap was packed in just the shop paper bag, missing the dust bag. I have purchased in the past in total 6 Balenciaga caps so I know pretty well how the packaging would look like. I saw the lady holding the dust bag but she “forgot” to pack it with my cap, I guess. I returned to the store and had to explain why I wanted the dust bag and while they did give it at the end, to which I also requested a new cap not on the display they originally gave me, the initial “forgetfulness” is kind of suspect. Also, I found the service here so abysmal. I have shopped all over Europe and in Asia, where the service is far better when shopping designer brands, regardless either at the brand store itself or at a reseller. The sale associates here are not educated enough on the brands they are selling; they have no idea about new release or collection and they will down right tell you false information about the item’s season. On the plus side, the items sold here always go on discount even when the brand store or elsewhere else do not offer such discount. I believe the local Prague market for luxury brands is still very small and sometimes I wonder how they even survive because there are indeed hot items or classic pieces that go on sale. However, I will think twice before I go back there due to its horrible client service.
