Были в конце ноября 2016 года. Продавцы нас (реальных покупателей) попросили пойти на выход, так как в магазине проходила какая-то презентация и зайти позже...конечно же мы не зашли и не зайдём никогда! А все,что нам было нужно мы купили в других магазинах!
Were at the end of November 2016. The sellers of us (real buyers) asked us to go out, as there was some presentation in the store and to come back later ... of course we did not go in and we will never go back! And we bought everything we needed in other stores!

우리는 모자 3개와 넥워머 2개, 총 5 pcs 제품을 선택했고, 직원이 계산기로 16,800 Kc 라고 알려 주었으며, 신용카드로 결제했어요. 우리는 직원을 믿었고, 영수증 내역을 확인하지 않고 매장을 나왔어요. 호텔로 돌아 와서 영수증과 제품들의 price Tag을 확인하니, 결제가 더 많이 되어 있었습니다. 확인 즉시 매장에 전화를 해서 사실을 알렸어요. 다음 날 매장에 방문했어요. 구매한 제품들의 가격표와 영수증을 대조하며, 결제가 잘못된 것을 확인했어요. 계산을 했던 직원이 자기가 잘못 입력해서 현금으로 돈을 내주지 않았냐고 하더군요. 그런 일은 없었는데 말이죠. 우리는 신용카드로 결제 했고, 잘못된 결제 금액을 현금으로 받은 적이 없다고 했습니다. 만약 결제가 잘못됐다면, 신용카드 결제를 취소하고 다시 제대로 된 금액으로 결제하는게 맞잖아요? 아무튼, 그 직원은 카드 취소를 하고 재 결제 하는 방법을 택하지 않고 현금으로 2,100 kc 를 돌려 주었어요. 영수증 확인 잘 해야겠습니다.
We chose 3 hats and 2 neck warmers, a total of 5 pcs, and the staff informed us that it was 16,800 Kc with a calculator, I paid by credit card. We trusted the staff and left the store without checking our receipts. When I returned to the hotel and checked the receipts and price tags of the products, there was more payment. I immediately called the store and informed them of the fact. I went to the store the next day. By comparing the price tags and receipts of purchased products, we confirmed that the payment was incorrect. The employee who did the checkout asked if he had made a mistake and didn't pay in cash. There was no such thing. We paid by credit card and they said they never received the wrong amount in cash. If the payment is wrong, it is correct to cancel the credit card payment and pay the correct amount again, right? Anyway, the employee did not choose to cancel the card and pay again, but returned 2,100 kc in cash. I'll have to check the receipt.
