★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dům je poprvé zmiňován již v roce 1401. Při přestavbě prováděné mezi roky 1896 - 1897 Františkem Kindlem přibyla také novorenesanční fasáda. Sgrafita jsou provedena podle kartonů Mikoláše Alše. Mistr prý kontroloval práce malířů osobně z blízké restaurace na protější straně náměstí. Až do devadesátých let minulého století zde bylo vyhlášené železářství (jak se říkalo: "můj strýček je filuta, nakupuje u Rotta"). ... Dům je památkově chráněn.
The house was first mentioned in 1401. During the reconstruction carried out between 1896 and 1897 by František Kindle, a Neo-Renaissance façade was added. Sgraffito is made according to the cartons of Mikoláš Alš. It is said that the master personally checked the work of the painters from a nearby restaurant on the opposite side of the square. Until the 1990s, there was a well-known hardware store (as it was said: "my uncle is a filuta, he buys from Rott"). ... The house is listed.
