One star is less because :- 1) We are vegetarian and we eat egg, not much in breakfast for us, requested omelet but were asked to pay extra, though small thing buy it disappoints as mostly it is included. 2) Hotel is on walking street so taxi dropped 300 mtrs. away from Hotel and had to pull suitcases on stone road and stoned footpath. Same is on return. If travelling light, no much issue but with suitcases it is hard !! Overall enjoyed the stay?

Grand staircase to rooms...and we kept going, to smaller stairs, a closed door, then smaller stairs to our lone room on the fourth floor! Very fun and funky! (There was an elevator after the first few stairs, depositing you before the final flight.) Our room was beamed and lovely, with a beautiful bathroom. Not a good choice, though, if you have trouble high-stepping into the tub/shower. My only real criticism is no AC offered this time of year, and it was needed...by us anyway. Great location...a couple minutes walk to sights and action, but out of the way enough that we weren't kept awake by revelry.
h	hy yoo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No saying hello or welcome - not a welcoming atmosphere at all when you first enter the hotel and get to the reception, after all the exhaustion from travelling. Still don't understand the old man standing right next to the reception staring people with suspicious looks without doing nothing when there are guests waiting for check-ins. The room was nice and warm but if you stay in a room with courtyard view on the ground floor, you will be surprised how the voice of the people outside be heard as if they were talking in the same room. This is a five star hotel, but not for me.

The food is great, rooms are amazing and the staff will book trips for you (just remember you need to pay in cash). Would 100% recommend staying here, just don't use the mini market on the same street - it's extortianate. Plenty of attractions close by with some excellent little pubs.

We stayed in the junior suite which was just fabulous - a beautiful balcony overlooking the outside bar, spotlessly clean and the staff so friendly. Absolutely perfect location for seeing all the sights of Prague. Cannot fault the hotel one bit, would definitely recommend to everyone and cannot wait to come back.
J	J K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really lovely hotel. Our room was beautiful and spacious . The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and polite. Buffet breakfast had plenty choices, though it didn't quite pass muster with my husband who as a great fan of a cooked breakfast was looking forward to the full hit. It got a little congested around the coffee machine which could do with being larger or maybe the installation of a water boiler would solve the queuing for those wanting to make a pot of tea. Nice bar and restaurant. The location is perfect for sights and restaurants. Great choice !

The location is absolutely perfect as everything is walkable, and it's only a few minutes walk from one of Prague's best squares (Old Town). The staff were very polite here, welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful, and something different to your standard hotel. We got it for a very good price overall. The rooms and restaurant felt romantic, so was a great choice for a couple's break away. Only qualm was the room sometimes felt like it lacked a bit of privacy, as we were on the ground floor which backed right onto the courtyard.
