★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A causa della pandemia il mio volo è stato CANCELLATO e da parte loro totale rigidità (oltre che difficoltà di comunicazione): né rimborso né voucher da usare in futuro. Sicuramente quando riuscirò ad andare a Praga cambierò struttura!
Because of the pandemic my flight was CANCELED and on their part total rigidity (as well as communication difficulties): neither refund nor voucher to be used in the future. Surely when I manage to go to Prague I will change structure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastically convenient in Old Town. Lots of alleys to explore. A short walk to the Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge.
Residence had comfortable beds and is well equipped. Certainly spoilt for space.
A bit strange having to meet your host to let you in but all worked as described. 4 keys required but easy and worth the effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were forced to postpone our trip and this venue were really nasty and kept all of our money. We booked very late in the day, for a Tuesday and Wednesday in November. I feel sure, the accommodation was not busy on these days and their keeping our money despite our trip being cancelled was pure greed.
