★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location to explore the old town & only a 20-minute-walk to the main train station. Plenty of restaurants nereby and a fine jazz club downstairs. Room was large and nice, with a sofa to invite someone over. I loved the old-fashioned telephone, such a nice touch... dont be surprised if you dont find a hair dryer in the bathroom - just ask the reception & they will help. The staff was friendly and made nice sandwiches for me because I had to catch an early train before breakfast time. I will definitely come back! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awful. I don't like giving negative reviews, but this place has horrible food. It seems the chef only knows how to use onions to add flavour to the food and lots of it. The food resembles a communism era. The food presentation is simple, boring, lacking imagination, and tasteless. I had order an aubergine with roasted potatoes without onions. The aubergine had lots of onions, no other flavour, not even salt, it tasted old at least the baked potatoes tasted great. I couldn't eat it. I gave it to a Czech friend who eats whatever and even he said it was awful and flavourless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Center of prague is only a couple minutes away and Charles Bridge is also just a short walk from the hotel. Plenty of cafes and restaurants all within a short walk (some like the cat Cafe just a couple steps from the hotel!).
Breakfast is delicious (and free!), served in a buffet style, with different options available each day. For example, one day sausage was replaced with bacon and the pastry options vary between carrot cake, chocolate croissants, and a couple other options. Fresh fruit is sliced up, and there arevariety of drinks (coffee machine with all the coffee options, apple juice, orange juice).
Friendly reception. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Prague again in the future!
