★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly very nice, our room was very nice, comfy and cosy, would give 5 stars if there was parking at the hotel, also pigeons will keep you awake in the morning ?

The breakfast is superb.
The only thing I didn't like is the room maintenance, that was poor and should be better, for example, saop refill when it's out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was a delightful experience that i had in prague.what made it perfect it is the hotel i had stayed in
the staff were so wonderful from their hospitality and their smiles that never wiped out off their faces .i am talking about Alex the manager always there to help me and super smily mirjana which i adore her work ethics trying to make my stay so comfortable and not to forger zaneta for last 2 days of my stay there too.
i definetly recommend it because it is so close to all attractions in the city and for comfortable beds and cleanliness.
normally i do not write reviews but i had to do it to give credit where it is due.thanks all see u soon

The accomodation is situated in the center of old town. Excellence location for walking visit of main objectives ( 5 minute to Tower Hall, and 5 minute to Charles Bridge in oposite direction). Because is located in the center, arround the hotel there are many restaurants, bars and shops where you will find goodies for any taste; in only one day of 3 it was a little bit noisy in the morning because goods supply of this places. The hotel makes part of a complex and for serving breakfast you will have a 5 minute nice walking on Karlova Street in the Charles Bridge direction. Breakfast very good with many traditionals options for but also for vegetarians. We want to congratulate entire team and special thanks to Miss Zaneta Hotel Manager, who is a very kind person and really likes to be a wonderful host.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartments. Excellent location. Some silly little niggles like shower brackets broken and don't ask about the toilet brush! But very friendly and recommended for your stay in a beautiful city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location for a few days in Prague. Price was very good and room had modern design, and was clean. Good wifi. Coffee and fridge in room. Staff were friendly. Lost a star because it can be a bit noisy at times and light in bathroom had mind of its own, which was fairly annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've had an amazing stay here and would definitely come back again and again. Clean room and bathroom, cleaned well everyday. Saw that other reviews said about lack of AC making it really hot in the summer and I'm guessing that the owners did too. There was a big fan in our room and a spare one in the shared kitchen, so even in mid July we were fine. Two free coffees in the room and glasses with jug of fresh water each day. Easy to use safe in the wardrobe and sturdy lock on the door with a latch.
The big caveat is what time you like to sleep. If you want to sleep between 8-11 then unfortunately this is not your place. Due to its AMAZING location right in the center of the city and popular bar across the street it can get noisy, especially on a Friday and Saturday. However if you are the ones wanting to be out there making the noise late in the evening then this is your place as it won't be too far to stumble to no matter what bar you go to. Basically you have to choose between noise and location. We are glad we chose location.
The guy at the desk was very helpful explaining everything and we were able to leave our bags in the front office despite checking out at 11 but not leaving the city till 6.
