Úžasný boutique a super personál. Přítel mi kupoval kabelku k narozeninám a odnesl si i malý dárek (což jsme pak oba velmi ocenili - bylo to prosecco). Mám odsud i nádherné šaty od Elisabetty Franchi a pokud budu potřebovat ještě nějaké šaty na zvláštní příležitost, které neujdou pozornosti absolutně nikoho, pak půjdu zase sem. :) Kdybych mohla dát víc než 5 hvězd, určitě to udělám.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!!!! I almost never write reviews about the places I have been to and especially not shopping stores but this one is a must. I walked in to the store to look at a beautiful red dress, and spotted it immediately. I carried the dress off the stand and took it to my friend to show it to her. while carrying my shoe BRUSHED against the hem of the dress ACCIDENTALLY. At that point i kept walking towards my friend to seek her advice. Only to hear someone shouting at me from the top of their lung. As i turned i realized it was the sales assistant shouting at me. I was too shocked to react at the time so i just stood there and the only thing i could say to her was "i dont understand why you are yelling at me!". The minute i spoke in english, the sales assistant immediately switched her approach, now asking for money and threatening me if i don't pay! It took me a minute to realize she was talking about the dress hem which got a bit dirty. She kept insisting on making me pay because she will not be able to sell it anymore. Of course, i knew that what was on the hem was only some dust so i used my sleeve to clean it and then it was back to being clean! when she saw that she failed to make me pay and that the dress was back to clean she started yelling at me telling me to "leave her shop". She actually kicked me out!!! Such distasteful manners and ways to treat a customer!! I will never set foot in that place again!! If only i could remember the assistant's name!

I never write reviews, but I have to share my experiance in your store. The sailsman with short blue hair was so unfriendly and unkind! Dresses were so beautiful and i wanted to buy some of it but he didn’t want to help me at all. I’m so dissapointed and i will never come back in this store!

The worst customer service. Was asked to leave 40 minutes before clothing and come back the following day. When asked for a reason we were provided with the response "want to go home." Then as we asked to try on a dress the salesman made a LOUD sigh. Then I asked to try on a dress on the mannequin and was told IT WOULD NOT FIT, although it was exactly my size! The worst. Never have been to a store with such poor service. Do not understand how they will survive. An experience I will never forget.

Worst customer service ever. We came in and were interested in trying on and buying a few of the dresses. The gentleman working seemed less than enthusiastic to help. When asking about some of the dresses he said none of them would fit and they were all a size small I asked if any of them came in any other size which he pretty much said no. I have never been in a store where it seemed that the staff was so disinterested in helping or making a sale. I will just buy the dress online.
