Location was excellent. Room was good too (had AC which was quite useful as it was a bit hot), clean. The Lower ground didn’t smell very well yo be honest… The receptionist was quite unfriendly. We got there and the reception was in another building, we asked her to point us in the direction for our apartment and she did not know how to locate it in a physical map… We had to use google maps to get there. Then she had given us wrong keys (door would not open), so we had to go back to ask her for the correct keys … she changed the keys and asked us to try again… thank god they worked, if not I would have gotten quite angry. In general it was ok as the location was great, walking distance of everything and quiet at night.

Hotel was very clean, spacious and modern. It is also amazingly well located. My only concern is that there is no AC, so not sure how people could manage cold winters or hot summers. Nevertheless is a great place to come back!

Beautiful rooms. Clean, fancy and big. The building has elevator and stairs. Cleaning ladies are lovely. Overall a beautiful experience.

There's nothing gorgeous about the gorgeous prague rooms. The bed is stone hard, the bed sheets and bath robes are stained and unclean. The towels are horrible and very unpleasant, made of the cheapest fabric. No body size mirror in the room, and one electricity socket for the entire room. The location is in the old town BUT very far from every public transport therefore makes is hard to commute anywhere other that the main square. We booked 3 nights due to the good reviews but im pretty sure those are fake unless it's compared to a hostel. Feel very bummed to come back here every night of our stay.

FANTASTIC. For the price i wasn't expecting what we had, so close to the city, everything in walking distance, the reception is in a different location however i didn't mind that, the rooms was regularly cleaned, we had a fridge, a range of teas (no english breakfast), coffee and there is so many little food shops around. the rooms are decorated beautifully. i would definitely go back and also recommend. the room was open plan, including the shower which was a little bizarre but there was a large curtain for privacy, however it was only me and my sister. so as long as you are comfortable! you should be fine. i don't see this as a negative point as everything was great.

It's good, a few inconvenient but the pricing was totally worth it. Pros ✓ Got a good deal out of it. ✓ Location is perfect. A couple Streets from the Spanish Synagogue and a couple more from the main square ✓ At our arrival everything seemed clean. ✓ Room is large and has everything that's needed. Cons × Reception is on a different street. Not far away but it feels just weird. × They didn't clean our toilet after our first day. Everything seemed clean but the toilet... It still had some sh1t stains from the first day of stay.

We had a lovely room on the fourth floor with a partial attic ceiling so we could see the sunlight in the morning. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful and it does mention in the detailed welcome email that the check-in is situated at the sister hotel, Golden Prague Hotel. The room itself was very spacious and clean with a big workspace and couch. I do agree that the beds are slightly on the harder side but we didn’t find it an issue really. We had great amenities including a fully functioning remote controlled AC, a kettle with tea and coffee, and a mini fridge, we even had Netflix on our TV. There is also a communal terrace that I imagine would be lovely to sit in during the summer. The best part above all of this is the location. For the price you pay, this is an unbelievable discovery.

The location is absolutely perfect - a block from the main square, but still pretty quiet. The room was clean and comfy. The only issue is that the registration is two blocks away. We arrived to a waiting room with about 6 couples waiting to check-in (took about 40 minutes), and if you had any questions (like booking a ride to the airport at 4:30 AM) you had to remember to do it then (although to their credit, the ride arrived at 4:20 without a reminder). So it's a great hotel, provided you don't need any customer service after you arrive.
