Apartments can be over a 10 minute walk from the reception.
Would definitely not recommend staying here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was awful. We needed help with something and they where supper rude, they completely ignored us! In addition the apartment was not supplied with the basic equipment necessary. It was dirty when we arrived and we had to wait for them to clean it. On top of all of that there was no wifi service. I do not recommend anyone to stay there !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very misleading apartments. Did not look like the ones we booked. Poor WiFi, very specific spots where you could actually work or chat back home.
In addition, charged us extra fees for our stay after we accidentally booked the place twice (their mistake). They didn’t agree to give us back our money, and kept us waiting until the very last day of our trip- so that they would have most chances of us not being able to do anything about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me these are perfect. I am in work remote mode since Corona, and I was easily able to work from the apartments. Wifi was good and i could connect my laptop to the TV (a requirement for me for conf calls).
Only negative, the court yard at the back.

The staff at the costumer service were very rude and unpleasant. When we came there to ask them for help we were told to wait and come back over and over again with no consideration of our time in Prague. More then that, we got a very disrespectful and rude service.
In addition, the apartment was not ready in time and we had to wait for them to finish cleaning it, the reception was around 10 minutes of unpleasant walking with our luggage from the apartment and the wifi NEVER worked.
Not worth the money at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in and out was a hassle because the office is a few blocks away. You have to leave a cash deposit and on check out you have to wait 30 min while someone walks over and checks the property before you get your cash back. We had no running water our first morning because of construction on the building and the company didn’t inform us about it or offer any refund. And while the room is as pictured the building looks nothing like the room, there where sections of fully open walls, pipes and cleaning materials on the floor and construction workers hanging out and smoking in the hall outside our room. It did not feel particularly safe or secure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a huge, beautiful, and quiet one bedroom apartment over looking the Old Town Square for a very reasonable price. The staff was always professional, courteous, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Prague.
