Y	Yvette Spivock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had three rooms, all with great views of the clock tower, and the old plaza below. We had without fail, excellent service with a knowledgeable and helpful front desk and concierge, and great cleaning staff. The hotel is beautifully appointed, very boutique-y, with a large bedroom area, plenty of clothes storage, TV with English channels, and fridge in rooms. Book here with the understanding that it is right on a major tourist area and above several outdoor cafes, so it will be noisy at night with bright lights and crowded at peak performance times. We loved it.

Perfect location for a weekend exploring the city, staff were very welcoming and friendly, giving some useful tips and information on arrival. Rooms were clean and quiet. After lots of walking around sight-seeing it was perfect to have a nice deep soak in the tub and sleep in the large comfortable bed. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in central Prague.

J	Jadwiga Urban-Kozłowska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the grand deluxe room. The mattress was super comfortable and the view was simply gorgeous (the antique clock and the main square). The biggest drawback, no matter how hard you try to shield the room from daylight with curtains and roller blinds, there is still some light that gets inside and shines on you pillow:-( You should also work on customer service. Tomas did help us with the luggage which was nice of him but his overall behaviour was dispiriting. No willingness to give us some tips about the city or help us park the car (apart from recommending really expensive car park). Two local girls were much more helpful! At the check-out, Tomas did not ask us about our stay at the hotel, etc. That's not the way to treat customers if you want them to have a lovely time at your hotel and recommend it to other travellers.

A stone throw away from the Astromical Clock and Old Town Square are only two things that can easily draw anyone in for a taste of Prague and what it can offer and if your looking for great quality, this hotel is it. Food is good and the staff are top notch and I would stay there again...

The Apostolic Suite was comfortable and exceptionally clean. If I had but two criticisms, I would have liked to have a coffee maker - Nespresso/Tassimo - instead of the minibar, and would have liked to have had a note on the Hotels.com room description that the Apostolic Suite is not accessible by lift. As a person with special needs, I think this would have made a difference in the room booked for our stay. In any case, your staff again went out of their way to ensure we did not feel inconvenienced by this. Your attached restaurants are phenomenal, the wait staff are wonderfully attentive while not being intrusive, and the pricing is quite reasonable. I was quite happy with the safety measures employed by yourselves. Both my wife and I felt very safe and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely consider Grand Hotel Praha for our future visits to Prague.

We truly enjoyed watching the clock and looking out over the square from our hotel room. It was so fun being able to go out to the Easter Markets that were steps from our door. Also, the breakfast was delicious each morning. We especially want to give a shoutout to Lanka for being so helpful. On our last day our taxi didn't show up to take us to the airport. Lanka was so helpful in getting us a new taxi, and he got us to the airport on time. This quaint hotel takes you back in time. It's cute, and the location is amazing. We were occasionally woken up by late night pub crawls, but it was worth it considering you have a tourist destination right out your window!
