The manager who brought the bill disappeared and came back with the waiter who became aggressive and accused us that this was our fault. Having finally elicited an apology from the manager we paid for what we had consumed. As we were leaving the waiter came back and threw the remaining water at me. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Some girl from restaurant will take your photos randomly and then will ask money for the photos she took. Then it comes the worst part. They will add 12,5 % tip that too even without asking :( And they provide bill after payment with card. Really worst experience and some action needed to be taken to prevent these scamsters ?

My waiter spilled beer all over my purse and was completely hateful. I actually asked him if he wanted us to leave which he pretended not to understand. Di*k move. It's too bad because being in the service industry and this country, he missed a HUGE tip.

The burgers are no good: The meat is tough and the bread is very dry. The only good thing were the fries. I had the feeling that they are trying to get people to eat and leave quickly because it is directly in front of the Astronomical Clock, so more people who want to see the clock can come and sit. Not recommended.

That’s what the rude and really ignoring waiter told us. We booked a week in the Hotel in the same building. Even as a guest of the Hotel they treated us like sh*%#. Unbelievable bad experience.

All in all I‘d say a decent enough restaurant, but nothing special, especially for the price (you pay for the location). I highly recommend getting the melon water cocktail, it’s amazing!
