j	jackyz lau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally impolite staff. Cant even describe as professional. I can say this branch is very low class Hermes i ever visited. Once i step in the shop, congrats, a good service for helping customer opened the door. But when i stood in the center of the shop. All the staff abandoned me. The Chinese speaking keep attend to the China's tourist. But there aren't buying anything. Reasonable as china tourist always big consumer. So i attended to the local speaking staff, im really shocked that the staff is chatting with some girls non stop(the girls arent buying anything and obliviously they are not chating about products). Curious why is it im gonna attend to the staff but not them, even get abandoned by him too. Didnt serve real customer but flirting with girls. Well done. At last just have to walk away without getting the products i wanted to buy.

L	Linda Do on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During lockdown the store in Prague is not open for browsing, which is why I called the boutique to ask about availability of a certain bag. After I posed my question, the store worker completely changed tone to disapproving/mocking - that the bag has a very long wait list, that its very hard to get, that I have to sign up for it and that I have to do it myself in the store, which is not possible now during lockdown. That I should maybe think of getting a different bag instead. That after 2 minutes of speech. It is baffling to me the kind of approach they choose to have - I would imagine they want to sell goods to customers, or want deliver what the customer hopes to get - for that money (bag costs around 30 000+ EUR it is the least kind of service. But instead they choose to be arrogant and annoyed I was asking about a popular bag (I guess? I don't know that much about Hermes, my dad asked me to ask for that bag because he wants to gift it to my mother) - how dare I. After this I will strongly recommend my father to look at different brands, this was very pathetic of Hermes.

I did not get any help and I did not come to just look for a stuff but actually buya stuff. After these 10 minutes came a lady,new costumer that was getting a help I haven’t been noticed at all. This is something that should not be happening in a luxury store and brand like this.

Hermes typically has their stores in major shopping areas and this one is no different being in the heart of Prague. The store was in easy walking distance of our hotel and we stopped by twice during our stay in Prague. We were able to pick up a few items and look forward to our next visit. Special thanks to Simona who greeted us and helped us on the first trip and made my gf feel very welcome. The gentleman who helped us on the next day was also very helpful but I apologize as I didn't get his name.
