I Had SVF (Applications of own stem cells) procedure with Dr Tomas Ventruba / Dr Tomáš Ventruba to minimise fine lines on face and to remove defect of uneven skin above the knee. During initial consultation with Dr Michalek he tried to increase agreed price, and I referred to our emails, that the price was agreed, but he was still insisting that price will be higher. We also agreed that I need to do blood tests on my arrival but when I arrived he said we don't need blood tests. Surgery was delayed 4 hours. I had very short consultation with Dr Ventruba who was operating. I asked how much fat needs to be injected to my face and leg, he said about 30 ml. He didn't spend much time looking at my face, didn't even remove my make up to make skin analisys during consultation, didn't take photos before and after from the areas of liposuction and of my face. During liposuction 80 ml of fat was taken. Later I got document saying from 80 ml of fat 15 ml of lipoaspirate was prepared (agreed about 30). I checked amount of filler and it was only 10 ml. He didn't apply numbing cream, injections were so painful, not sure if he changed needles, as I had bruises in the area of every injection on my face which healed few weeks. It was extremely painful to have this injections to my face - the level of pain was above my pain limit (normally I can take pain) but because injections were done with no numbing cream, I could not cope with the pain and was crying badly. I asked him to inject tiny bit of fat to my lips because I have dry lips and was hoping this will help to reduce dryiness. My expectation was that he will inject just superficially, but when I felt the needle pinched my lip, it felt very deep. Also he only made 1 injection to every side of upper and lower lip, and this caused my upper lip muscle to lift, making my lip looking lifted in the middle (photo attached), and changing the form of upper lip severely. He made 1 single injection under each eye (instead of tiny small injection), my left eye capillaries started bleeding creating huge bruise which was healing very long time, more that 2 weeks, and when bruise gone, darkness still left in form of purple capillaries which never dissapeared and still present. My right eye imediately had an eye bag of injected fat which is blocking fluids flow and small blood capillaries became purple around . It is almost 3 months passed but there is no improvement to my eyes. Both eyes have dark circles with purple capillaries and right eye has a puffy bag. In areas of liposuction (back on my thighs under my bum) there are deep holes on both legs when I move my legs. As outsome: I didn't get any improvement on the areas of concern, which was my face and leg, because amount of filler was insufecient, instead of agreed 30ml, there was only 10ml. And I got a lot of unwanted results, holes in areas or liposuction, puffy dark eye circles, enlarged upper lip. I asked to explain how much filler they injected in my leg, face, lips and eyes with exact amount to each separate area. They replied that 15 ml was injected all over the areas refusing to give a break down for each area. I made medical record request SEVERAL TIMES but didn't receive it. I made a complain to the clinic about described above unwanted results, they told me to wait 3 month. As an update: contacted clinic 3 months later to report there was no improvement, in fact it looks even worse. There was TOTAL IGNOR to my emails from the clinic after that. NO RESPONSE. JUST WANT TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE !!!
