Ak to vyreklamujete prislusnemu oddeleniu s jasnymi technickymi podkladmi, ze doslo k pochybeniu na ich strane, tak vas arogantny veduci useku pan Jirko odbije a suverejne zamietne reklamaciu s tym, ze oni to tak standartne montuju.. Bohuzial pri objednavani klimatizacie vam neposkytnu ani zmienku o tom, ze si objednavate klimatizaciu uz s osekanymi funkcionalitami, ako standartne garantuje samotny vyrobca. Uplne neakceptovatelny mocensky pristup zo strany CG... Musím vyzdvihnout komunikaci s obchodním zástupcem panem Pinkavou z Central Group, který po telefonu vystupoval příjemně. Komunikoval jsem tou dobu v řadě asi se 4 nebo 5 developery a pana Pinkavu v tomto srovnání musím hodnotit spíše kladně. V čem byl Central Group ale zdaleka nejslabší, byl proces nezávazné rezervace bytu. Zatímco u dalších developerů, pokud byl byt volný, skutečně došlo k nezávazné rezervaci a dostal jsem klidně i týden času (proti oficiálně poskytovaným 3 dnům) na rozmyšlenou, v případě Central Groupu se stalo následující: 1. V den uvedení do prodeje jsem si nezávazně zarezervoval byt. 2. Zavolal mi pan Pinkava, domluvili jsme si schůzku za 2 dny. 3. Na webu se mnou vybraný byt stále tvářil jako volný 4. V den schůzky se cena bytu zvýšila o 500 tisíc Kč. Nehledě na to, že jsem o byt projevil zájem o 2 dny dřív. Central Group je developer, který si takový přístup vzhledem k převisu poptávky samozřejmě může dovolit. O to víc si cením konkurence (a zejména jedné konkrétní, se kterou jsem jednal), kde zvolili mnohem osobnější přístup. Trh je zkrátka pokřivený. Central Group is a developer who can of course afford such an approach due to the excess demand. I appreciate the competition all the more (and especially the one I negotiated with), where they chose a much more personal approach. The market is simply distorted.
