★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provadeji hlucnou praci i pres noc. Vcera v puldruheho prjel kamion na stavbu na Argentinske, a tak ho vykladali, ze vzbudili nas (bydlime v baraku naproti), a sousedi. Pak jsme zavolali do policii. Pry, ve dne se jim to nepovedlo, tak rozhodli to delat v noci, nevadi, ze lide spi.
They do noisy work overnight. Yesterday, in the second hour, a truck arrived at a construction site in Argentina, telling him that they woke us up (we live in a barrack opposite) and neighbors. Then we called the police. Pry, they didn't do it by day, so they decided to do it at night, they don't mind sleeping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Projekty jsou hezké a systematicky hezky řešené. Developer dodržuje termíny. Problémy jsou však s reklamacemi (všechny jsou nakonec vyřešeny, ale je třeba několikrát urgovat). Doporučuji důkladně zkontrolovat byt při předání a vše pečlivě napsat do předávacího protokolu.
The projects are nice and systematically nicely designed. The developer meets deadlines. However, there are problems with complaints (all are eventually resolved, but need to be urged several times). I recommend checking the apartment thoroughly upon handover and writing everything carefully in the handover protocol.

Absolutně nedoporučuji.
