Zajistil uplne vse, byt se prodaval behem covidove pandemie, kdy byla v platnosti spousta restrikci a on se postaral uplne o vsechno. Urcite vsem pana Vancuru moc doporucuji. Mr. Vancura is the best. Professional and very human approach. Thanks to his efforts, the apartment was sold at a higher price than we had originally planned. He made sure everything was sold during the covid pandemic, when there were a lot of restrictions in force and he took care of everything. I definitely highly recommend Mr. Vancur to everyone.

Přicházel s nápady, s praktickými řešeními, konzultacemi jak před pronajmutím, úpravou smlouvy, tak i po pronajmutí, kdy dořešil s nájemníky vše, na čem jsme se před uzavřením smlouvy dohodli (např. převody služeb, úklid, alarm,...). Ocenila jsem, že spíše než za každou cenu rychle pronajmout, se pan Šach snažil najít spíše nájemníky, kteří by vyhovovali mým požadavkům. S Remaxem jsem spolupracovala již v minulosti, ale nyní jsem byla velmi mile překvapená úrovní poskytovaného servisu. Velmi děkuji jak panu Šachovi, tak jeho kolegyni Kataríně. He came up with ideas, practical solutions, consultations both before the lease, modification of the contract and after the lease, when he settled with the tenants everything we agreed before concluding the contract (eg service transfers, cleaning, alarm, ...). I appreciated that rather than renting quickly at any cost, Mr. Chess tried to find tenants who would suit my requirements.
