★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V inzeratu byla pevná cena xy, ale na prohlídce kdyz jsme meli o byt zájem nam pan makler Mrňous sdelil, ze budeme muset přihodit, ze uz je cena o 300tis vyssi. Kdyby stalo v inzeratu cena od tak bych to chápal!! A ne že budeme na prohlídce jak na trhu. Absolutně neprofesionální!!!
There was a fixed price of xy in the advertisement, but during the tour when we were interested in the apartment, Mr. Broker Mrňous told us that we would have to say that the price was already 300 thousand higher. If the price in the advertisement happened from then I would understand !! And not that we will be on tour in both markets. Absolutely unprofessional !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za vypracování 2 smluv a 2 prohlídek domu požadují 30 000,- Určitě nedoporučuji. Realitní agent k tomu ještě odmítl předat klíče kupci čímž mi vznikla škoda cca 7000,- za vylomení zámků a nové zámky. Takže určitě hledat jinou volbu.
For the elaboration of 2 contracts and 2 inspections of the house require 30,000, - I definitely do not recommend. The real estate agent also refused to hand over the keys to the buyer, which caused me damage of about 7,000 for breaking the locks and new locks. So be sure to look for another option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto firmu určitě a z cela jistě nedoporučuji! Kupoval jsem od nich RD, kde vzniklo hned několik vad. Jejich právník mi odepsal ve smyslu že za všechno si můžu sám a to i za černou stavbu na nemovitosti a i přes všechno úsilí přestali komunikovat.
I definitely do not recommend this company from the cell! I bought a house from them, where several defects arose. Their lawyer wrote me off in the sense that I could blame myself for everything, even for a black building on real estate, and despite all efforts, they stopped communicating.
