About Centrální Apple servis a prodej Mac, iPhone - MacPodpora s.r.o.
Od roku 2010 společnost MacPodpora, s.r.o. urazila kus cesty. Během 9 let fungování jsme nabyli cenných zkušeností, které začínáme uplatňovat také ve firemním sektoru a ve školství. Jedním z našich stálých zákazníků jsou např. fakulty Univerzity Karlovy, Akademie věd ČR nebo největší úvěrová a finanční skupina Cetelem.
V roce 2010 jsem založil MacPodporu, protože v ČR byla minimální nebo špatná podpora pro koncové uživatele Mac. V roce 2012 MacPodpora odkoupila konkurenční společnost iSupport, která se zabývala opravami iOS zařízení. Díky této fůzi, byla v roce 2013 založena MacPodpora, s.r.o. a stala se tak jediným servisním střediskem, které umožňovalo kompletní podporu a servis pro iOS a macOS zařízení. Během dalších let jste nás mohli celkem 2x vidět na Apple konferenci iCon Prague. Ve stejný rok jsme se stali partnerem největšího Hong Kong veletrhu elektroniky 2013 a získali jsme Apple Certified Mac Technician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Other repair shops told I most likely have a serious motherboard issues, and will take like 1 month to fix and a better option is to buy a refurbished Macbook.
In this shop they quickly found out that my charger is broken. Bought new charger from them, and everything works perfectly! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to get the top bar of my keyboard fixed on my computer and was told the wait would be around 3 days to one week. Or at least I was told so by the worker who was working at the cash register at the time. I was also told I would be contacted via email or text message.. 3-4 weeks went by and I heard nothing from them. Then I decided I had waited enough time and it was time to pay the place a visit to see what the deal is. Upon arrival it turns out they had my computer, ready to be picked up. This was a relief to me...until finding out the top bar of my computer still does not work.. In total I was charged around 4500 crowns. I don't know what the deal was but the customer service I experienced was very low quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, foreign customers are not welcome, the female employee was definitely rude to me as I made her repeat couple times what she was saying (I have partial hearing loss and facemasks are making it difficult for me to understand).
I went in this store in January to have my laptop fixed. I paid 8000czk for the replacement of few parts of it. The problem persisted and I had to come back three months afterwards for the exact same issue. They did not manage to fix it. No explanation or repayment was mentioned. I am now back in my home country with again the exact same problem, I lost money and time. I do not recommend. Go someplace else.

Do they ever know at Apple Inc how “brilliant” service this ltd company appearing online almost as an official Apple representatives for Czech Republic provides in this country? I doubt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to change my logic board for my Macbook pro 13" 2015. I found a cheaper one on Ebay. The technician was kind enough to help me choose the correct one based on the part number, and once it arrived he quickly replaced it. They charged me a fair price and I am happy with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a non-Mac piece of equipment to MacPodpora. It was an Apogee Quartet. They determined what was wrong. They weren't able to order the part, but I was able to order it from the US. They replaced the part and the unit works perfectly. I was very happy to be able to get it fixed here, rather than Germany or the US, which would have been much more expensive. It's an expensive piece of equipment and I use it a lot. It's great to have it working again, actually working better than before.
