Když technik v jejich prodejně u Anděla na adrese Na Bělidle 28 rozebral můj iPhone 6s, pokusil se vložit náhradní obrazovku neautorizovanou společností Apple. Chtěl také 3 025. Kč a můj podpis. Naštěstí jsem utekl se svými penězi, SIM kartou, jeho podvodnými papíry a mým iPhonem. Teprve teď to nechal na kousky. Jsem připraven podniknout právní kroky a určitě budu Apple Corporation informovat. POKUD SI SVÉ NEMOVITOSTI CENNÍTE, NAJDĚTE DO TÉTO OBCHODY! I was promised an Authentic Apple replacement screen and quoted a price. When the technician at their store near Andel at Na Belidle 28 took apart my iPhone 6s he tried to insert a Non-Apple authorized replacement screen. He also wanted 3,025. CZK and my signature. I luckily escaped with my money, my SIM card, his fraudulent paperwork and my iPhone. Only now, he left it in pieces. I am prepared to take legal action and will certainly inform Apple Corporation. DO GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY! I was promised an original Apple screen replacement and a quote. When a technician at their Anděl store at Na Bělidle 28 disassembled my iPhone 6s, he tried to insert a replacement screen unauthorized by Apple. He also wanted CZK 3,025 and my signature. Fortunately, I ran away with my money, SIM card, his fraudulent papers and my iPhone. Only now did he leave it to pieces. I am ready to take legal action and will certainly inform Apple Corporation. M	Marian Rusnak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did the job fixing my ntb So far works twice, the job was done mechanically well the third time it wasn't done mechanically well - all the plastic screw holes were greatly damaged; a cable was misplaced that prevented two parts to fit properly; a flop cover's mechanism spring was missing and it itself was misplaced, so it's not working now so, next time I am going to look for another place, I think, hopefully it will not be worse

Don't even try if your device isn't mainstream, they probably don't have tools or skills to do anything (contrary to what they claim on their website). I wish I'd read the reviews before stopping by.

I had no chance but to take it somewhere else, were they told me that no replacement of any components took place before, just a few temporal solutions have been done. Terrible service. DO NOT visit this place, unless you like losing money.

Yeah they actually cracked my laptop screen and then tried to get me to pay for it. Total 4 weeks with them and it was more broken when it returned to me. Not clear communication at all. Took it to another repair shop who fixed it in 24 hours for 1300czk.
