The staff was very helpful and kind, and the problem was so elementary and easily fixable that they fixed my laptop free of charge, when they could have charged me any price they chose. I highly recommend TheMac.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience at this store and would highly recommend it. I spilled water all over my Mac laptop and rushed it into the store. They were able to see me right away and immediately opened my laptop to figure out what the issue was. I was leaving on a trip less than 48 hours later and they were able to get my laptop completely fixed - cleaned, new battery, new logic board - before I left. They called to provide updates and let me know what the repairs would cost before going ahead with them - so no hidden costs and lots of transparency. I was so happy with this service! I work online so my laptop is my life. The customer service here was awesome and their work was incredible. My laptop was working perfectly less than 48 hours later. Bonus: some employees speak English too which made the process even easier for me!

Here, within 3 hours the guy called me, told me what is the problem, how much does it cost to fix it (gave me options) and sent me an MMS.
