★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like a cafe, and just as helpful when it comes to your Samsung phone. A sour woman tells me that they have no batteries for non-European models of Samsung phones. No suggestions or ideas where I might find one. A truly international company... ;-(( BEWARE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My S10 display stopped working and a black dot appeared on the side of the display. No problem, it's a 6 months old device with 2 year warranty. Nice welcome with a cup of coffee. My turn. A dark haired lady asked me what I need. Having told the display is dead she immediately replied to me without having a look at my mobile: The warranty claim will be rejected. Also she told me I have dropped the mobile. Which is not true. She started to search for visible marks of damage, found one. I replied it's very possible that there might be signs of wear after 6 months of use. Again she repeated I have dropped the mobile and I have to pay for the new display 8000CZK. One man came to us trying to ask something, this lady started shouting to him to go away. I've never before met such an arogant person doing customer care. I told the lady she should be working somewhere in the back room instead of sitting here in front of the clients. I took my mobile and left. The next day I took the mobile to another authorized service center for several brands. In 6 days I had a new display, the warranty covered everything. Maybe Samsung has given instructions to their own service centers that their warranty does no more cover displays. Or it was only the arogant lady behind the desk that decided so. I'm absolutely happy with my S10 but after this experience my next mobile will not be Samsung.

Details:
My samsung laptops cable charger died a thursday before the weekend. Searching all over Prague for a charger all over Prague with no luck whatsoever, I came here and received a warm and understanding customer service, who were able to arrange a special order (Outside of CR) which arrived the next day! Life savers!

It mite be acceptable in Prague but it wouldn't be tolerated anywhere else that's for sure.
Never had such shocking bad service from the shocking bad dark haired woman.
If she doesn't like people of colour or dealing with them she's in the wrong job.
Obnoxious with a seriously bad attitude, defiantly not conducive to a customer service environment.
Not the 1st time she's mentioned in these reviews either!
Management need to take note and act immediately!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this centre and Samsung in general. My Z-Flip 3's factory installed screen protector started lifting, and by the end of the day it had destroyed my screen due to no fault of my own. Took the phone to be repaired and the engineer's report simply states 'mechanical damage' and invalidated my warantee. They confirmed that there was only a visual inspection (no damage to the phone except for worn paint on the aluminium).
The engineer also wrote on the form that he tried to call me, but my call log has no record of a missed call, and VOC confirmed they have no evidence he made a call.
In short, they will screw you over on the warantee of a 1200 eur phone, and misuse your personal data by writing factually untrue information on the report form.

If you actually need something fixed, go elsewhere. Not sure if it's globally Samsung or just this shop though.
And definitely quality of service is low .
