★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They happen to be the only authorised service centre for Tefal (and for several other brands). Brought there my iron and it has been repaired in three days. Fantastic speed as I can surely compare repairing services with several other European countries. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid if you can. They reject warranty repairs on the basis of "There is no technical way how this could happen. Therefore you have caused it yourself by misuse and it will not be covered by warranty." I am convinced that this is a defect of the product, and therefore will be taking next steps in the case. I will update this review with new information in the process.
