★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělé kosmetické studio Hugo, paní Eva je velmi inspirativní, energická, příjemná žena a velmi šikovná!!!!. Doporučuji!!!! Já mám zkušenosti se zhuštěním řas. Výsledek je vždy velmi povedený a úprava obočí Hennou u paní Lenky je také skvělá!!!
Great beauty studio Hugo, Mrs. Eva is a very inspiring, energetic, nice woman and very handy !!!!. I recommend!!!! I have experience with thickening lashes. The result is always very successful and Henna's eyebrows at Mrs. Lenka are also great !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spíš nedoporučuji. Ceny ok, ale ta kvalita… Paní si ani neumyla ruce, když jsem přišla, celou dobu kašlala a smrkala přímo mně nad hlavou. Tvrdila, že jsou řasy hrozně jemné a lehké, ale naopak mi přijdou tvrdé a takové až nepřirozené na očích. Za mě nic moc, znovu už tam nepůjdu.
Update po 3 týdnech: řasy drží opravdu dobře, doteď je mám v dost dobrém stavu. Je vidět, že to aspoň paní dělala pořádně.
I rather do not recommend. Prices ok, but the quality… The lady didn't even wash her hands when I came, coughed all the time and snorted right over my head. She claimed that the lashes were very soft and light, but on the contrary, they seem hard and unnatural to my eyes. Not much for me, I won't go there again.
Update after 3 weeks: lashes hold really well, so far I have them in pretty good condition. It can be seen that at least the lady did it properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved this place! Both women and men can take full advantage of their spa services. They have everything from nails to a suntan booth at affordable prices. If you're waiting for someone to get their massage or eyelashes done, there's never a dull moment. You'll be offered drinks and munchies while you wait. The staff and other customers were friendly and patient while I attempted to speak Czech... I even learned a few new words! :-) All in all, if you're ever in Prague and need some spa treatment, stop by this gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking forward to my manicure and pedicure appointment. This is the pedicure I got. They offered to fix it when I expressed how I felt about the quality of their work, but at this point I chose to just leave. They also overcharged me for the manicure compared to the price they list on the website. Very little choice of shellac nail polish colors. Also they remove the cuticles by filing them away with a big grain nail file directly off the dry skin in your hands (!!!). The results are just as dubious as you can imagine it.
Edit: You say I was an hour late, this is not true. I have asked to move my appointment an hour earlier a week prior my visit, which I have a written confirmation of (see photo). I came 15 min early, and you started on my nail right away because you said you have forgotten I had my appointment moved! In the meantime your hairdresser returned from vacation and offered me an appointment I was requiring about an hour after I was supposed to come. As a new customer at your establishment I thought that as an owner and manager of the salon you would know how long procedures take in your salon and book customers in accordingly.
