L	Lи K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Хожу в этот салон в течении одного года, все прекрасно до этого была в трёх салонах, ни один из них не оказал должной услуги!Девочки в аксиом очень заботливые, замечают малейшие детали!По поводу услуг,вы можете у них сделать шикарные бровки, ламинирование ресничек ,они делают двойную услугу(то есть можно делать маникюр и в тоже время бровки)очень сокращает время нахождения в салоне,а время очень дорого в 2020)!Всем рекомендую вы точно не пожалеете,если пойдёте в этот салон!Есди вы ищите отличное качество по приемлемой цене вам в Customnails:)❤️ I have been going to this salon for one year, everything was fine before that I was in three salons, none of them provided the proper service! Regarding the services, you can make chic eyebrows, lamination eyelashes, they do a double service (that is, you can do a manicure and at the same time the eyebrows) greatly reduces the time spent in the salon, and time is very expensive in 2020)! V	Viktorie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel odsud jsem měla zatím nejhorší nehty a špatnou zkušenost k tomu. Přišla jsem na objednaný čas, paní manikérka dělala nehty předchozí klientce, omluvila se mi a sdělila mi, že slečna přišla o třičtvrtě hodiny pozdě, a že buď můžu 30-40 min počkat nebo přijít zítra. Salon mám trochu u ruky, takže jsem zvolila první možnost. Čekala jsem hodinu. Chápu, že tahle situace se stane, ale v tom případě buď opožděnou slečnu nevezmu nebo alespoň zavolám další klientce, že její termín musím zrušit (číslo na mě v salonu měli, ještě ráno mi přišla potvrzovací SMS s termínem). Výsledek byl takový, že jsem odešla s odfušovanými nehty za 750 Kč. Oba malíčky byly divně spilované, takže byly úplně křivé, k tomu mi byl špatně odstraněn původní černý gel lak, takže místy byly vidět černá místa pod novým nude lakem, čehož jsem si bohužel všimla až doma. Odstranění navíc bolelo, což se mi doposud nestalo. Salon jsem navštívila na doporučení dvou českých blogerek, obě sem chodí pravidelně a jsou velmi spokojené. Očividně hezké nehty a příjemná služba zde nejsou pro každého. Jsem velmi zklamaná, neprofesionální služby, strašný výsledek, salon už znovu nenavštívím. Unfortunately, from here I had the worst nails so far and a bad experience to do so. I arrived on time, the manicurist was nailing the previous client, apologizing to me and telling me that the young lady arrived three-quarters of an hour late, and that I could either wait 30-40 minutes or come tomorrow. I have the salon a bit at hand, so I chose the first option. I waited an hour. I understand that this situation will happen, but in that case I will either not take the late lady or at least call another client that I have to cancel her appointment (they had a number for me in the salon, I received a confirmation SMS with an appointment in the morning). The result was that I left with vented nails for 750 CZK. Both little fingers were strangely cut, so they were completely crooked, and the original black gel varnish was badly removed, so in some places black spots could be seen under the new nude varnish, which I unfortunately noticed at home. In addition, the removal hurt, which has not happened to me yet. I visited the salon on the recommendation of two Czech bloggers, both of them come here regularly and are very satisfied. Obviously nice nails and pleasant service are not for everyone. I am very disappointed, unprofessional service, terrible result, I will not visit the salon again.

Most of the staff is Russian, but it’s usually no problem to communicate in Czech or English as well. I get the gel manicure every ~4 weeks, and it’s always been perfect. Premises are simple but nice, and I appreciate they have been very accommodating with last minute appointments as well. Prices have increased since I started coming, but are still reasonable in my opinion. Overall, I’m very satisfied :)
