 I love going to Nails City for manicures and pedicures. All treatments are top notch with modern materials. Nice atmosphere and reasonable prices. Nails City is my favorite salon !!! I have been going to them for 7 years, if not more, I recommend it to everyone !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. My wife came fuming from the saloon. She wanted to do shellac and add on her eye lashes extensions. The shellac was not done as it supposed to be , the tips were sharp, the colour was transparent in some nails, the nail polish was left on the finger tips.
When she told them what needs to he fixed, they started talking in their language with attitude and told her that this is how it is done here in Prague and we dont understand your english.
She end up paying more than what they agree on in the beginning, they didn't do cream to her hands hence her hands came very dry with the LED light machine.
She decided not do herashes since the Thai supervisor supported his impolite staff and didn't know how to do a proper service recovery. He escalated the matter and showed further attitude.
