S	Sandra Wright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were upgraded from Residence Tynska, (which was in a great location to Old Town) but we chose to stay at Residence Jecna. It was wonderful. The staff and owners were wonderful! Thanks to Eugenia and Marco, who were very gracious and helped with any request we approached them with. Residence Jecna was on a very busy street, but was no problem. The windows and doors were very secure and soundproof. The photos of this hotel does not do it justice. There is a very quiet balcony to the rear of the room that was nice to escape the noise of the city. This was the best hotel we stayed in while in Europe for two weeks. Very comfortable and safe. We met Marco's father while there. Wonderful people. They have done a wonderful job with this facility. We would stay here again if we ever go back to Prague! Beautiful city! Must see!
C	Cristina Marucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had problems with the check-in, nobody was at the reception. We tried to call the phone number but nobody replied. Luckily a couple of other guests helped us to get in, apparently we needed a code that was not communicated to us (I haven't received any email with instructions on how to check-in). It took 30 minutes to check in using the machine that was not able to scan our documents. My advice is to at least send an email with the instructions and the code to enter. We had to wait in the street in the cold on a Friday night, not nice. Also, during our stay we didn't meet anybody from the stuff so if we needed anything, nobody was there. Apart from that, the room was perfect and clean and we had a nice stay. Good position too.

And there is no parking on site even though they said on booking.com there was, but other than that it's been a great stay. We got a one bedroom apartment and it's had everything we could possibly want. Nice bathroom, AC works great, kitchen has most everything you want, beds are a bit hard but that's a preference thing. Great location. We'd stay here again.

It's near to everything, but most importantly, it's nicely laid out, modern (electronic entry), but most importantly: the reception staff is amazing! Eva took great care of me and even told me that my pronunciation of some Czech words was really great! Thanks for everything!
L	Lina Lebed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really nice stay here! It was clean and it's in a good location, close to everything. The staff were really nice and helpful! We got there when the office was already closed, they sent us very detailed instructions about how to get inside and get the key to our room, it all went smoothly. The next morning when went down and talked to the one of the workers and she was really helpful and showed us all the best places to go, good places to eat and the best ways to get around. I enjoyed staying in this cozy apartment.

I feel like the good reviews are fake. I’d definitely not recommend anyone on staying here. It should be a 2 star hotel at best.
V	Vladimir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cool place in a top location and yet super quiet. The self checkin is very convenient. The room was spacious and the bed had a nice harder mattress. The bathroom was also very big including a bidet. The shower as such could be improved (doors and the shower holder)

There’s public transportation nearby but everything is walking distance. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. They had an easy checkin process with the machine downstairs. If we are ever back we will stay here again!
