Na další den mi přišel email, že zboží není a že je objednávka zrušena. Po týdnu jsem se přihlásil o vrácení peněz, že mi na účet stále peníze zpět nedorazily. Dostalo se mi emailové odpovědi, že urgentně to zařídí přes účtárnu. Po dalším týdnu a urgenci peníze stále nepřišly.... Not a single star for me. After a week, I applied for a refund that I still had no money back in my account. I received an email reply that he would urgently arrange this through the accounting office. J	Jakub Líbal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud máte možnost nákupu čehokoliv se v této prodejně vyhněte. Zaměstnanci této prodejny jsou extrémně neochotní a akorát z vás udělají blbce. Chtěl jsem reklamovat půl roku používanou obuv na orientační běh. Začala se mi na několik místě odlepovat podrážka, takže rozhodně nešlo o poničení způsobené běžným opotřebením. Zaměstnanec prodejny mě nejdřív nařkl ze lži, když tvrdím, že takto opotřebenou obuv mám jen půl roku (faktura z jeho prodejny a datum na ni ho nepřesvědčil). Následně mi začal ukazovat vlastní obuv, kterou měl na noze (šlo o městskou vycházkovou obuv starou 4 roky a prý vypadá stejně jako ta moje). Ono je těžké, když pan zaměstnanec nemá žádnou představu o orientačním běhu, ale prodává na něj vybavení. Následně jsem dostal nesmyslnou přednášku o opotřebovaných pneumatikách, které přeci po sjetí také nechci reklamovat. Příště si proto bude daleko lépe vybírat místo, kde nakupuji a budu vybírat raději prodejnu s vyššími cenami, ale s profesionálním a kompetentním personálem If you have the opportunity to buy anything, avoid this store. The employees of this store are extremely reluctant and will just make a fool of you. I wanted to complain about used orienteering shoes for half a year. My sole started to peel off in a few places, so it was definitely not damage caused by normal wear and tear. An employee of the store first accused me of lying when I claim that I have only worn such shoes for half a year (the invoice from his store and the date on it did not convince him). Subsequently, he started to show me his own shoes, which he had on his leg (they were urban walking shoes that are 4 years old and it looks like they look the same as mine). It is difficult when an employee has no idea about orienteering, but sells equipment for it. Subsequently, I received a nonsensical lecture about worn tires, which I do not want to complain about after the race. Next time, therefore, it will be much better to choose the place where I shop and I would rather choose a store with higher prices, but with professional and competent staff.

Pominu-li, že poutko od gumového řemínku od Suunto hodinek za 15 tisíc Kč stojí 220 Kč (dobře, za to distributor asi nemůže), tak ochota vyjít vstříc je absolutně nulová. Poutko se mi za chvíli celé roztrhne, nikoliv však mojí vinou - s hodinkami nedělám nic neobvyklého. Ale místo abychom si ušetřili čas i peníze, firma chce, abych hodinky reklamoval standardní cestou. Super, podám reklamaci, pak hodinky nebudu moct měsíc používat (ano, kvůli jednomu poutku, které se trhá) , vy mi reklamaci neuznáte, já si nechám udělat znalecký posudek, budu po vás chtít náhradní díl i cenu samotného posudku, a to celé kvůli kousku gumy v hodnotě asi 5 Kč. Fakt super přístup, opravdu se mi chce si někdy v budoucnu koupit další sporttester u vás... Really tragic customer service. Apart from the fact that a strap from a rubber strap from Suunto watches for CZK 15,000 is worth CZK 220 (well, the distributor probably is not responsible for it), the willingness to meet is absolutely zero. The strap will tear in a while, but not my fault - I don't do anything unusual with a watch. But instead of saving time and money, the company wants me to claim the watch in the standard way. Great, I will file a complaint, then I will not be able to use the watch for a month (yes, because of one strap that is tearing), you will not acknowledge the complaint, I will have an expert opinion, a piece of rubber worth about $ 5. Really great approach, I really want to buy another sporttester from you sometime in the future ...

Chcel som pouze VÝMENU BATÉRIE do G shock CASIO a řekli mi 600kč❗❗❗tak jsem slušně poděkoval že děkuji a že si to udělám sám. Nakonec jsem si koupil baterií za 55 Kč a dnes jsem si to udělal sám a vše v pořádku. Neodporúčam!!! Tých zlodějů.. Doufám že lidí nejsou hloupý a nedají jim nic na servis. Hezký den přeje Filip! I just wanted to CHANGE THE BATTERY to G shock CASIO and they told me 600kč❗❗❗ jsemso I thanked you very much that I thank you and that I will do it myself. f	ferda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plně se ztotožňuji s negativními recenzemi. Ač spokojenost s výrobkem TIMEX, tak s přístup servisu je pro mne signálem přejít na jinou značku (jiného výrobce). Neschopnost výměny ciferníku nebo ručiček pro kontrastní odečet času. I jedna hvězdička je až moc. Bohužel žádnou aplikace neumožňuje. I fully identify with the negative reviews. Although satisfaction with the TIMEX product, the service approach is a signal for me to switch to another brand (another manufacturer). Inability to change the dial or hands for contrast reading. Even one star is too much. Unfortunately, no application allows it.
