Since its so conveniently located I decided to pre-order my OSMO Pocket with this guys. Everything went smootly, i went on wait list and on a day of release i was presented with my new shiney OSMO in a present bag with small Christmas presents. Awesome, right?
Nope! When i came to my office and tried to activate it, i figured that i can't do so, activaton always failed with different error messages on android and IOS. I emailed DRONPRO and they instantly connected me to support engineer and we tried a few things to resolve the problem.
When we failed to achieve any results, support guy invited me to visit shop in the evening.
And this is where "customer relationships magic" starts. I've being assigned to one of store guys and he literally went out of his way, figuring out what the issue, even if shop was closed like 30 minutes ago. Then his colleague joined us and we after some trial and error we figured that it was a malfunctioning USB port on this particular unit.
They replaced it right away. Even if their stock was completely sold out.
Bottom line: Always use your local shop. Especially when you're buying DJI products. Can't imagine what would happened if i bought it from Amazon and had to work with DJI support :-/
Definitely recommend DRONPRO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to buy new drone or service yours. They fixed my Osmo in several days, absolutely great service. Moreover, staff is friendly and ready to show you features and help you choose something new.
Location is easy to find - opposite to Andel metro station, so you can travel by metro or choose tram. Note that they work on Saturday too! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank to the dronpro team for being very supportive to Ukraine at these very hard times and giving a discount for the drone I bought for the need of the Ukrainian soldiers.
I would also recommend this shop because of the very good service which they provide. And last but not least I’d like to mention a very helpful, patient and skilful shop assistant (didn’t ask his name), who showed me every detail of dron operation. Overall I have best impressions from visiting and purchasing there.
