★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliable shop with used electronics. Going to this chain for 10 years for phones, tablets. The offer is great, several shops in Prague, very reasonable prices. Goods really working, never got malfunctioning scrap there. From what I know, there is no issue to change goods for other in rate cases of issue.

She did spend a ton of time with us helping me chose the right smart phone, configurated it for us etc... I HIGHLY recommend this store. It's located across the street from a large mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smart phone to sell? If you try on your own the Czechs always want a much much lower price (in fact they would want you to give them money to take your cell phone). This place has a fixed price depending on the model and its condition. Bring your phone in, they check it, you get the money, no questions asked. Bravo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centrally located in a busy part of Prague so parking is tough if you are driving (like anywhere in city center). The inventory inside the entire shop is mostly behind locked glass so you have to ask for assistance to see/tough anything. They also operate on a “take a number” basis whether you’re getting something repaired, returning or even just purchasing something. It’s unfortunate that you have to wait even when you know exactly what you’re buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to buy a SIM card for an iPhone. Got great help from a very helpful rep. He spoke English so my time in store was under 10 minutes. He even put the new card in my phone. Great location across from a busy shopping mall. Also, the store had a large selection of phones for anyone in need of one.
Highly recommend.
