★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Arogant, unhelpful was waiting 45 minutes and get only stupid answer which doesn't fix the router at all. Was send there by another "O2 guru" from Florenc. Waste of time. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never, ever use O2. I tried to get a Traveller SIM card and the screwed me over at every possible opportunity. Their customer service is non-existent and they won’t help you at all. Save your money and stay far away from O2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhepful staff even when O2 system made mistakes in my billing. My problem was solved but it costs me a lot of time and patience. I had to explain all details three times to different staff. Something is wrong with this customer service.

I tried booking a technician to come to my new flat in order to transfer my internet connect and although I received a confirmation the visit was cancelled and nobody thought of letting me know. I tried the online chat and a rude person on the other side just hang up on me. Poor service. non existent customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "The price for internet is 25€/month" told me the barely english speaking seller of this store. Of couse you have to own a O2 phone subscription for that, otherwise you need to subscribe. So I went home with a 40€/month contract and a odd feeling of pain in my ass. Please don't go to those carpet sellers if you want a proper service, and I'm not even talking about the installation of the modem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst. Company. Ever. Lying employees, willing to do anything to fool a person into purchasing something which does not meet their expectations, just to get their bonus at the end of the month.
Not only that, but when you have evidence of their deceits, they are deemed unusable. How is a video tape of your employee lying to our face not fit as an evidence?
Pick a different operator, regardless which one, just not O2. Everyone else is better - better prices, better services and upfront conditions.
