★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though I have been a customer for 3 years, I was treated in an extremely unprofessional manner. The employee was humiliating and making fun of me in such a ridiculous way. Refused to do the simplest job of clarifying the issue, instead he was insulting. Very poor customer service. The guy was very disrespectful... Vodafone, this is not how you keep your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never know how to solve a problem and asked me to leave the store, in the midle of the process, after waiting 20 min, saying they were closing. It was 21:00. Very unprofessional and terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David was the gentleman who helped me with my problem. He was incredibly helpful, kind and professional and really (reaaallly) solved the issues and gave very helpful advice. I'd like to thank him, I've been using Vodafone for 2 years and always come to the same branch, a couple of competent people helped me solving my issues there but this guy, David was the best of the best. If I could give 7 stars I would. Merci beaucoup!
(And he speaks wonderful English ?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with the gentleman at the counter in Novy Smichov mall today. He was rude, didn’t listen to me properly and couldn’t care about resolving my problem. My experience with Vodafone’s other locations in Prague has been good though.
