★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely abismal shop! Try to conceal warranty terms from foreigners. Didn’t tell that I cannot return phone during 14 days. Refused to take it. No warranty info was provided during the buy. According to law if you buy in shop you cannot return it. Beware of buying in brand stores. Buy in internet if you need.

The problems (I think they're called "issues" now) with the Samsung pad that had frustrated me for many a month, were resoved within 15 minutes.
The competence and expertise of Petr Vesely I can unreservedly endorse.
I am very happy with the service received at this branch.
