★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The concept looks fun, but I hated it. You start in front of a computer then it takes a long time to get the shoes (waayyyy too long) and nobody is helping. There is a big queue to pay because this shop can manage to serve too many people at the same time. The service is like a robot bringing you the shoes and that’s it. I prefer normal shops with a real service. It’s a big machine to reduce the cost who completely forgot about customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING! Probably one of the only in Prague to offer A CHOICE of shoes in my size. The prices were excellent and the staff was extremely helpful. The fact I can sit on a couch in a mall and order shoes to try on that are brought directly to you....GENIUS!

Waited for more than 25 minutes in the shop for them to bring me the shoes, no one willing to help when I told them all the clients in front of me already got their order. They prete d to be digital and fast but it’s a pure loss on time. definitely I’ll not order again.
