Terrible, I understand that on a smaller display like Nintendo they do not have glass but I had glass and consoles and only asked here if it is possible, after the gentleman who sits me up boldly and arrogantly drove me away I must say that one of the worst experiences, and I think you can communicate decently. Well, I just don't recommend anything

Tell yourself for replacing the glass on the S7e 6000czk when the new phone costs 6200czk and argue that they use origo parts ... you better go elsewhere or buy a new phone straight ..

L	Lukáš Vrána on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minulý týden objednáno sklo na Zličíně na Samsung A20 - kde jsem dostal info, že bude do pár dní. Volám tedy znovu aby naprosto zmatená paní mi řekla že vlastně nejsou a nebudou. Jdu hledat tedy někoho kdo alespoň na místě nelže a funguje - pak dodám alternativy ke konkurenci kdyby náhodou někdo měl takovou smůlu a snažil se zde něco vyřídit. Last week I ordered a glass in Zličín for the Samsung A20 - where I got the info that it will be in a few days. So I call again for a completely confused lady to tell me that they are not and will not be. So I'm going to look for someone who at least doesn't lie on the spot and works - then I'll add alternatives to the competition if someone happens to be so unlucky and try to do something here.
S	SVJ Pod Dobeškou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nedoporučuji, předražený cca dvojnásobně oproti jiným, opravuje pouze jeden člověk, pokud se mu sejde telefonů více, výměna displeje "na počkání" trvá pět hodin, navíc po pár týdnech se v displeji objevily praskliny, po prvním pádu se uštípl celý roh a displej přestal opět fungovat, reklamace neuznaná. tedy varování pro ostatní NIKDY I do not recommend, overpriced about twice as much as others, only one person repairs, if he has more phones, replacement of the display "on hold" takes five hours, in addition, after a few weeks cracks appeared in the display, after the first fall the whole corner bit and the display stopped operate again, the claim not accepted. thus a warning to others NEVER

Never mind the lack of customer service skills and the fact that from the very first second I approached the desk I felt as if I was disturbing three members of staff even though they all were slacking about at the time. I grew up in an Eastern European country and I am used to such attitude and am not really bothered. But the fact that I went there and was given an unprofessional opinion making me consider buying a new device when it was not needed is unacceptable. I went there with my tablet broken (not charging and not being detected by a PC) their staff after having diagnosed told me it was the motherboard and the device is basically to be binned since the repair was over 5500kc. Luckily I went to a different service centre and was told it was in fact the charging port to be replaced which costed me 700kc with the next day pick up. It is absolutely unacceptable that a place that considers itself an official samsung service point gives an advice to dispense a decent tablet and get a new one when it was completely unnecessary. I own a few year old Samsung Galaxy Tab which is in a great shape, not a single scratch which I have always taken best care. That place should be avoided! Ugly, ugly business!
