★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel jsem se potýkal s negativním zážitkem v podobě porušení smlouvy ze strany e-shopu. Vysvětlením byla "systémová chyba", jejíž následky e-shop odmítl nést, a to i přesto, že byl jejím původcem. Jediný důvod proč i přes neutěšený výsledek transakce dávám 2/5 je rychlá a přímá komunikace, byť její obsah neprospívá spotřebiteli.
Unfortunately, I struggled with a negative experience in the form of a breach of contract by the e-shop. The explanation was a "system error", the consequences of which the e-shop refused to bear, even though it was caused by it. The only reason why, despite the unhappy result of the transaction, I give 2/5 is fast and direct communication, even though its content does not benefit the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accueil assez froid parce que je ne parlais que Français Anglais, Russe ou Allemand ...Dommage dans une ville comme Prague où le tourisme représente de gros revenus..
Les produits sont jolis mais, je ne reviendrai plus.
Quite a cold welcome because I only spoke French, English, Russian or German... Too bad in a city like Prague where tourism represents big incomes...
The products are pretty, but I won't be back.
