První objednávka od Blind Boxu. Informovanost o stavu objednávky byla super. Zboží přišlo naprosto v pořádku a precizně zabalené.
Ale měl jsem jednu výtku. Na eshopu měli uvedeno že ochranné obaly na POP postavičky (balení po 5 kusech) uvedené jako nedostupné při mojí objednávce. Tak jsem tedy musel volit variantu Obal 1x a zadat potřebné množství. A nakonec mi domu přišli stejně tyto balíčky po pěti kusech v krabičce.
Někdo by tedy asi měl lépe aktualizovat dostupnost zboží v eshopu.
Trochu mě to naštvalo protože tyto balení po pěti kusech mají za nižší cenu než při ceně za jeden kus.
Rozhodl jsem se to řešit příspěvkem na jejich FB stránce. Kde mi později přišla tato odpověď:
Dobrý den. Máte pravdu. Zaznamenali jsme větší zájem o jednokusové obaly, proto jsme několik posledních balení naskladnili pod touto položkou. Jako kompenzaci Vám posíláme slevový kód na další nákup Děkujeme za objednávku.
Výsledek: Slevový kód do emailu opravdu přišel i když až po pár dnech. Jsem velice rád že se nevyhýbají i řeší případných problémů které mohou u objednávek nastat. Což se dnes bohužel zas tak často nevidí.
Tím pádem u mě mají rozhodně další plus navíc.
A všem tak mohu obchod vřele doporučit.

The first order from the Blind Box. Awareness of the status of the order was great. The goods arrived in perfect order and precisely packed.
But I had one reproach. The e-shop stated that the protective covers for POP characters (pack of 5) were listed as unavailable when I ordered. So I had to choose the variant Packaging 1x and enter the required quantity. And in the end, these packages came to my house in the same way, five pieces in a box.
So someone should probably better update the availability of goods in the e-shop.
I was a little annoyed because these packages of five pieces have a lower price than the price of one piece.
I decided to solve it by posting on their FB page. Where did I get this answer later:
Good day. You're right. We have noticed more interest in one-piece packaging, so we have stocked the last few packages under this item. As compensation, we send you a discount code for the next purchase. Thank you for your order.
Result: The discount code in the email really came in after a few days. I am very glad that they do not avoid and solve possible problems that may occur with orders. Which, unfortunately, is not seen so often today.
As a result, they definitely have another plus for me.
And so I can highly recommend the store to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takhle malý výběr Popek jsem opravdu nečekal, na to, že se prezentují jako shop s Pop figurkama. Nejnovější najdete, ale chcete-li figurku třeba z minulého vydání tak máte smůlu. Třeba ani Iron mana nemají skladem… Raději do knihkupectví.
I really didn't expect such a small selection of Pops to present themselves as a shop with Pop figures. You can find the latest one, but if you want a figure from the last edition, for example, you're out of luck. Maybe even Iron mana doesn't have in stock… They prefer to go to the bookstore.
