Nice cinema!during the working week there are no people at all and it’s comfortable to enjoy the film. The prices are average, but they have a cool system of discounts and twice per month I go to the cinema free of charge.

This place is professional, chilled place to watch a movie and enjoy some good food and drinks while doing so. We come here for years and it was never bad. It happened to us that Nachos were a bit chewy but if you ask the staff, they will bring you a new ones. Thank you and thank you staff of Cinestar.

Prefer Cinestar over any other multiplexes in Prague.. Dolby Atmos is awesome.. Enjoy goldclass if you like to be watch luxuriously...

Unfortunately the cinema I used to go didn't have tickets for the time I was looking for so I tried this cinema and what can I say?....This cinema is a JOKE and RIP OFF!. You pay more to seat in the last 4 lines of the hall when in other cinemas (city cinemas) it is for the same price. Cinestar sell it like "VIP" seats, bigger and made by leather...Being honest I sat down there after the movie finished and you can enjoy the movie peacefully in the same normal seats for 200 czk, there isn't any big difference. That's a rip off. When we arrived to buy pop corn and soda we requested to put salty pop corn and ham and cheese pop corn in different boxes because my wife is allergic to lactose, they denied that, they said they can not do that because they most pay for the extra box. And being honest when I was young I worked in a cinema and they were right, BUT I remember when this reasonable situations appeared to me, the manager just let it go in the system and the workers like me and the managers and the cinema didn't loose money because it was something related about H-E-A-L-T-H. But in this case the workers they didn't even try. After discussing that issue about the allergies one of the workers checked the list of allergies that the salty pop corn has and OH SURPRISE! The salty pop corn has MILK!. That's right, if you are vegan or has some lactose allergies this salty pop corn it is not for you because has MILK!. WHO IN EARTH ADD MILK TO A SALTY POP CORN!. :O :O :O And for the cherry on the top of the cake I asked to one of the workers if I can have at least ice in my soda, and she just replied to me....No, we can't. They even didn't say.. - no we don't have or we ran out of ice. NO, WE, CAN'T!. In city cinema I always got ice in my soda. Sorry guys, City cinemas didn't pay me for this review and I am even not fan of city cinemas either but you guys really make my experience bad. Well at least the sound in the movie was cool, even better than city cinemas.

Very nice experience! Your usual Cinestar at the same level as in other cities we've been to. We watched "The Secrets of Dumbledore", it was in original voice, subtitled in Czech language, which is nice when you are a foreigner cause you can follow the movie without a problem. They had nachos with the cheese sauce, which was very nice. We've been to some Cinestar cinemas lately where they did not have it, so we were delighted to have it again. The staff was also very nice. The guy did not have to, but he still made all our orders match the special offers they had but we did not recognize, which made the food slightly cheaper. The cinema is very close to city centre, so we walked there and back to our hotel. All in all, a great experience!
