Yoga House - Angel

I was with a friend in an aerojoga class. I really like the idea! It's super. But unfortunately I was not very convinced by the approach of the lecturer ... ☹️ I was the first to be bothered by the arrival of the lecturer after 15:00, so other clients had to help us hang the scarves. Holt as proper yogis we are used to starting on time ? I was also surprised by the difficulty of the lesson, which was written that even beginners can master it. Well..I've been practicing yoga for years and I'm physically (I would say) pretty good at it. I endured the exercise, but it was really challenging (a quarter of the lesson focused only on the plank, I haven't participated yet?). It was certainly because I don't know this movement, but after other clients slowly but surely "fell off" (obviously they weren't for the first time), it wasn't my ignorance of aerojoga - please specify the difficulty next time. I was also surprised by the impartiality of the teacher. She spoke monotonously, she didn't even smile, she didn't check her clients ... during this exercise a person can get very hurt (especially bends), the control of correct execution was zero. Also, for example, to say that with a rounded back we should attract as much as possible to straight legs..no from an anatomical point of view it is a way to a physio with a protruding plate ? Otherwise, the background is nice, I was just bothered by the absence of disinfectants on the borrowed pads - that's what he said, especially in the current situation. If I knew, I would bring mine. The toilet also lacked paper napkins for hands and wiping on a towel used by someone else..I don't know..no much for me. Overall, I quite liked the lesson, but if I visit the aerojoga again, I will go to another teacher. But since then, there are many lecturers in the world and everyone will find "their own". ?

Only 4 multisport holders can take the lesson. Whoever books first wins ?‍♀️ Discriminatory and undignified. I'd rather pay somewhere else in peace.

The studio at Anděl disappointed me a lot. The yin yoga class was great, but in the hall where they practiced, the floor apparently didn't clean for long. You really don't want to put a jogamatka on a dusty floor full of foreign hair and hair. Especially nowadays, this is quite alarming.

I've visited several times, but unfortunately I can't give a higher rating. This is really such a yoga fast food. The premises are very cramped, one of the halls has windows directly into the busy street, so there is noise, there is a waste problem in the toilets and showers, because it smells really unpleasant, you can't pay by card at the reception. Of the instructors, I prefer Martina and her power yoga, other lessons didn't inspire me much.

I'm glad I discovered the House of Yoga Angel. I only started coming here recently, but I can definitely recommend it. The studio has a huge selection of lessons at different times of the day and I think everyone can choose here. It also offers yoga classes for complete beginners, which will be appreciated especially by those who do not yet have much experience with yoga, but would like to practice it. Here I have to praise the teacher Katka, who is great, can explain everything simply and clearly, and I have always been looking forward to her lessons. And as for the lecturers in general, I can only evaluate positively. Everyone is willing and happy to explain how the positions are made and trying to help. Of course, we all have a different style and it takes time to find the one who suits you. I give four stars only because of men's locker rooms and the impossibility of paying by card. Otherwise great for me!
